As part of our mission to drive sustainable shopping habits at the start, we only sell on consignment for clients who have opted for our styling services. Our styling clients who have gone through the Reoutfit process have been given tips and advice on how to wear and re-wear existing pieces and how to "shop better." Our mission is to reduce overall global consumption of clothing, and we believe in stopping it at the source: when you consume in the first place. We don’t believe in selling our way out of overconsumption as that perpetuates shopping in a way that doesn’t address your true wardrobing needs. Rather, we address the root causes first.

The items to sell are true excess: those that don’t add any value to your wardrobe, after our expert assessment during your Reoutfit.

Our high-quality photography is done in-house at our sunny showroom. Our team meticulously edits your items and gets them website-ready to show off and present to the world!

Listing Descriptions

We know clothes, and we pride ourselves in knowing styling and fit. Our product descriptions include information on brands, fit, sizing, fabric, and construction details.

Showroom

We have a conveniently located showroom in River Valley where potential buyers can try on your pieces in person in a safe and relaxed environment.

Customer Inquiries & Service

You’ll never have to negotiate with buyers or reveal your personal details. We handle all the legwork work for you, discreetly. Save yourself hours of time listing product, negotiating with buyers or waiting around to make a sale.

Packing, Shipping & Returns

Your items will be packed and shipped in eco-friendly materials and buyers will receive the fastest shipping we can provide. We ship to over 30+ countries. Plus we’ll handle any returns or ordering issues.

Marketing & Promotion

Give us a follow on our Instagram shop account and you’ll know just how much effort we put into selling your pieces. We don’t earn a sale unless you do, so we are committed to rehoming your items to the best possible buyer there is.

How it Works.

The pre-owned designer apparel we curate is based on current trends, seasonality, and our overall merchandising strategy. Items are taken on a consignment basis only, meaning you’ll get paid after the item sells. I will bring your items back with me after your Closet session and our team will give it a final quality control and pricing check back at our showroom.

Pricing.

Our commission rate is 50% of the net selling price. Our team expertly determines pricing based on market trends, seasonality, and our specific merchandising needs. You are given the option to approve pricing.

What We Sell & Don’t Sell.

We sell designer apparel and small accessories including jewelry, belts, hats and scarves that are in new or gently used condition.

Items we don't sell include:

  • Handbags in any condition

  • Small Leather Goods (wallets, pouches, coin purses, etc) in any condition

  • Shoes in any condition

  • Specific brands we don’t sell include but not limited to: Zara, Mango, H&M, Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, ASOS, Bershka, Boohoo, Coast, Cotton On, Dorothy Perkins, Fashion Nova, Forever 21, Forever New, G2000, Gap, GG5, iORA, Karen Millen, LaLu, Love Bonito, Miss Selfridge, Missguided, Monki, Oasis, Old Navy, Playdress, Pull & Bear, Sans & Sans, Shein, Southaven, The Editors Market, Topshop, TRT, Uniqlo, Urban Outfitters, Vero Moda, Warehouse, etc.

  • Brands accepted are still subject to curation.

  • If you’re unsure about other brands, please ask us! We’re more selective about the item itself and how it fits into our merchandising needs at any given time. You can also reference our shop website here.

  • Swimwear without tags, activewear without tags

  • Underwear, intimates

  • Very worn, dirty, damaged, stained items

  • Counterfeits or items purchased from “factory off cuts.”

    Items suspected to be counterfeit, an illegitimate factory resale, or any items purchased beyond a brand’s official retailer list may be subject to a proof of purchase for verification. If items are found to be counterfeit we have the right to end the consignment account. A $100 SGD processing fee will be charged on top of the termination of accounts. We reserve the right to report the incident to the authorities.

Consignment Period.

Most items are sold within 3-4 months of listing. After 3 months of listing, we will mark down pricing to re-home as quickly as possible. After 4 months we may additionally markdown. For marked-down items, you will receive your commission of the net selling price, after discounts. You have the option to have all your items sent back or donated at the end of the consignment period.

End of Consignment Options.

At the time of your pricing approval, you will be given the option to have all or specific items returned to you at the end of the selling period or donated on your behalf. We donate to local, Singapore based organizations to reduce the overall global clothing export to the global-south.

Payments.

You will receive a notification of your prior month’s sales by the 10th of each month. Payments will be made approximately 1-7 business days after. You will enter your payment details with us at the time of pricing approval. We payout to DBS accounts, PayNow, or PayPal.

Future Consignments.

In the future after your Reoutfit, should you have items to sell, we can assist if showroom space is available. We must give priority to current and scheduled in-the-pipeline clients, but we are always happy to take a look if merchandising needs arise. *Please note styles I suggest for purchase in your Full / Premier Reoutfit are not guaranteed to be items we can re-sell.

Other Terms & Conditions.

You will be given a contract to sign before any product listing begins which includes but not limited to: the use of items for marketing purposes, agreement of no return on branded hangers, dust-bags, tags, boxes or other non-merchandise items, use and availability of items to try on to potential buyers at the showroom, exclusivity to our selling platform and non-third-parties.
