We’ve customized our space to offer a seamless way to buy and sell preloved fashion in Singapore while keeping the community experience at the heart of it. Our community values come first: safety, privacy and keeping resale efficient. No public marketplace style haggling, no junk. Just amazing fashion waiting for their new home.

You can access Reloved from your desktop or via the iOS/Android app — so updates, listings, and conversations are always at your fingertips.

We take great care in curating a trusted, respectful space.

• Membership Required: All members sign up with a verified email address.

• Profile Visibility: For Insiders and Contributors, we recommend displaying your name and photo — this fosters trust and a sense of belonging.

• Community Standards:

  • No bargaining unless initiated by the seller

  • No screenshots shared externally if they contain member names

  • Respectful conduct is expected at all times — violations may result in immediate removal
    Our priority is to keep Reloved safe, private, and a joy to engage with.

Contributor Membership unlocks the ability to list and sell your items.

• Strictly Curated Inventory: We accept only select brands and quality fashion pieces to keep the experience premium and clutter-free.

• Exclusions: Fast fashion, childrenswear, home goods, or non-fashion items are not permitted.

• Unlimited Listings: Contributor members may sell as many pieces as they like, year-round.

• Education Included: Contributor membership includes lifetime access to Sera’s Resale Guide — an insider’s resource to help you create beautiful, effective listings and achieve successful sales.

Buying is free with a membership signup.

• Commitment to Quality: Buyers agree to community guidelines before accessing listings.

• Direct Contact: Insider members can DM sellers directly to secure pieces quickly and personally.

Reloved & The Reoutfitter is not involved with any of the financial transactions or logistics, you can deal directly with other members.

We do not accept items to sell on consignment or list on members’ behalf.

Our philosophy is rooted in empowering you to sell your own items — transforming the way you engage with fashion long-term. By participating directly, you become more mindful of what you purchase and keep in your wardrobe.

We do not take any fees from your sales. The only fee is the annual membership to sell.
