Administrative Assistant to Personal Stylist & Shopper

Part-time | Hybrid (Singapore – River Valley + remote tasks)

Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team of 2: Sera, The Lead Personal Stylist & Shopper and the Senior Stylist. This role is primarily administrative, with some creative tasks, and requires a balance of remote work and in-person support at our River Valley office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Styling Support Tasks

    • Photograph client wardrobes and upload into internal systems

    • Organize and maintain client records and spreadsheets

    • Assist stylist & senior stylist with lookbook creation

    • Assist with communications to clients in email blasts, updating internal styling systems and maintaining shopping catalogs

  • Client Support

    • Manage online community group by approving posts and checking posts for guidelines

    • Assist with ordering and returns, checking all received orders and returns for accuracy

    • Help with logistics: unpacking, steaming, folding, and packing boxes, managing returns back to stores

    • Liaising with logistics providers to ensure smooth deliveries and pickups

    Content & Admin

    • Use Canva to create branded materials (workshops, presentations, social media assets)

    • General administrative support for stylist & senior stylist: including pickups and delivery, client facing try-ons, organization and tidying of showroom/studio, orders and misc tasks to support the team

    • Research and ad-hoc events and workshop assistance to the lead stylist

    • Maintaining calendars and systems assistance for the team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Professionalism: Discretion and trust when working with high-net-worth clients and sensitive information

  • Team Support: Comfortable in a behind-the-scenes role assisting the stylist

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, enjoys lists, spreadsheets, and comfortable managing high volumes of data with accuracy

  • Can-Do-Attitude: You have a “roll up your sleeves” and get things done attitude, no task is beneath you

  • Adaptability: Able to manage flexible hybrid work situations (remote + required in-person)

  • Efficiency: Independent, resourceful, and quick to complete tasks

  • Experience (not required but preferred):

    • Background in administration, logistics, or retail (apparel/accessories)

    • Familiarity with Photoshop, CapCut, and/or Canva is a plus

Requirements
Must be Singaporean/PR

Students or first-time job seekers are welcome to apply. An interest in fashion is a plus but not required.

An interest in personal styling will be given mentorship if administrative duties are exceptional after a 6-month trial basis to join the team in a styling-focused role.
